How to make your own car?

So i was thinking about making my own replace car (replaces an in-game car) but i have no idea how to do it, and cant find a video on how to. I dont want to make car textures, i wanted to make the whole car. (for example, if i wanted to replace the blista with my own made... Peugeot 207 or something)
Are there any tutorials on how to make cars in gta5?
(edit : i also want to say i wanted to make the car that gets replaced in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday2ng)

You will have to use a program called ZModeler https://www.zmodeler3.com/
There are video tutorials on youtube to get you started once you have zmodeler installed. I would watch a few of them first so you have an idea of what you are getting into.

Be aware, learning to use a 3D modeling program is no small task. it is going to take you weeks, if not months to learn how to use it properly.

@REghZyy Unfortunately you need car textures more than ever if you want it to look any decent. The interiors and lights need a texture, it's why GTA 5 cars look the way they do.
