[Script] Realistic car health behavior



  • I've been looking for a script that would make cars not explode on damage but instead just break down and stop working like they'd do in real life, and have them explode only if blown up with a sticky bomb... I'd make the script myself but I can't come up with a good idea to make every car in the game behave like this (and not just the car that the player is in) without having to loop thru every vehicle in a given area, check their health and break them if below x etc... which would cause I guess pretty significant amounts of lag whenever the script ticked.

    If anybody knows a good and efficient way of doing what I explained above but doesn't want to write the actual script, please feel free to post your idea and I am going to try my best to make the script myself and share it giving credits to anyone who eventually helped.
