Single hand aim for Micro Uzi

I would appreciate it if somebody tweak Micro SMGs aim (on foot) and make it single hand aiming like pistols

@Diamond-King Animation editing, which is not possible right now. (and hasn't been since December 2015 though I'd think modding GTA 5 for PC has gone on a little longer than that)
