Converting map for the beginers.

Hello, i'm want to convert a GTA SA map into the GTA V game engine but i'm new in the modding community of GTA V and i'm wondering if there are some tutorials which would let me get some skills in it. I know it wouldnt be easy but thats why i want get some skills before i start my "project". I appreciate for any help!

@TQU Shocking as it is to say, YouTube contains little about GTA 5 map modding.
Give me a while to find some tutorials here...
