Hey Bros, I have a question.

My PC components are:
CPU = Intel i7 Core 7700 3.60 GHz,
RAM = 16 GB DDR4 and
GPU = Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 8 GB GDDR5.

Can I still use graphic mods with ENB and ReShade to play 60+ FPS? And if so what is the perfect graphics setting?
