How to make cops grab DLC weapons when dispatch?

I'm currently doing jobs with dispatch.meta
However I can't make cops chase me with dlc weapons such as heavy revolver, heavy shotgun, compact rifle etc. They just come out with bare fists instead of DLC weapons
Is there anyway I can make them use DLC weapons?
