New Rage Plugin Hook Problem

Whenever I launch GTA V with the new Rage plugin Hook it saw insufficient permissions or bad anti virus. I have tried launching GTA V with admin permissions but it still does the same thing

yea this is kinda Bs in here since the update i'm getting really tired of this shit errors i re install that freaking game several times here the fuck up part i was waiting 5 freaking mins to load this game.
