CENSORED?!? (MUTE ALL VOICE)

I want to request a mod that mutes the voice of NPC's and playable characters.
My niece and my nephew always want to play but i dont want them to be exposed to all the cursing and vulgar language that is thrown out at any given moment. I already know how to reduce violence such as turning off peds etc..
If any one could fulfill this or point me in a direction where i can do said things i would appreciate it!!
