ZModeler help

I'm not sure here else to post this but on ZModeler (3.1.5 build1167) on the account setup page, when ever I try to click "ok" to enter my details the page just closes and I'm not logged in or anything and I've paid for an subscription license.

Any help would be much appreciated please and thank you !
