I can not use online cars in story mode

I use online cars in story mode, for example "Mobile Operation Center" tool and all the tools with features
If you have the mode I can use these, can you share it with me?

Not being an ass here, but if you use Chrome, it gives you the option to translate the page. I frequently go to french, german and russian websites for a variety of either gtav stuff or graphic design stuff and the translation works well. In fact there's a guy here who doesn't speak English well and posts a boatload of mods--and I communicate with him just fine but translating what I write into his language via Google Translator.
Seriously, you're smart enough to use a computer, smart enough to mod, but not smart enough to use google translate and chrome webpage translate??? Just saying its a bit of a lame excuse...
