Don't quite get it either. Iirc, I thought it was the update to the vehicle de-despawner (eew, what an ugly term), so the new cars stay spawned. Then suddenly it's like "DON'T APPROVE FFS", and the page is locked. So, maybe it's something only to be activated at Xmas?!

@meimeiriver It says "DON'T APPROVE FFS" because it was accidentally re-approved without the author wanting it to be.
