Car Keys Immersion Type Mod

So I have 0% knowledge on scripting and, try as I might, I just can't understand it. Could somebody make a mod, or at least help me make it, to where every car needs to be started by pressing a hotkey, and when pressing the hotkey, it plays a car key jingle/insertion sound? It sounds pointless, but I'm trying to make GTA as immersive as possible for a video I want to shoot. Thanks in advance!
