[REQUEST-INFORMATION]Prevent File Check and Restore @ StartUp SP

So, I have a ton of mods installed, like crystal clear water which has 2 .YTD and 1 .XML.
Both files are placed in it's right .RPF.
Upon startup GTA5, the sodding launcher replaces both files, no matter what I do.

Is there a way to prevent this, somehow?
