Error of Simple Trainer

When I start My GTA 5 it gives me error
"CORE:An exception occurred while executing 'TrainerV.asi' (0x00007FFD4D9935370), id 33
Press OK to continue."
Due to this my Trainer is not working but it works sometime also with same settings.
Please help me guys i am new to mod and gaming

I dont know how to go up or down or enter when iam at my menu when i oress f4 please help me

@Raddi2f You should really post your own topic & not highjack someone elses that has nothing to do with what you want to know. But just this once:
You mean how to navigate the trainer menu?
Up= NumPad 8
Down= NumPad 2
Left= NumPad 4
Right= NumPad 6
Select/Enter= NumPad 5
Back = NumPad 0You should be able to alter the keys in some sort of config file if you have no numberpad.
