Can't replace any car. GTA V- License. NOT PIRATE COPY

When I try to replace the car, my rockstar social club starts download the 5 GB files fron net. And I can't see the in the game((( Please help me to resoled this problem)

You want to use OpenIV & a 'mods' folder I reckon: http://openiv.com/?p=1132 (< There is a small tutorial under the video on that page).
