My Game is Unplayable (Simeon frozen)

on franklin's second mission, simeon freezes when i go up to him. heres an
of the how the mission is suppose to go. but when i go up to him he just stands there after he says "my dear boy" and nothing happens. i can still walk but not run, jump, drive, etc. the only mods i've installed were menyoo, enhanced native trainer, and some car mods. if i remove the mods folder then the game works just fine. what should i do?

@zipperdu Menyoo is broken since the doomsday heists update. Remove Menyoo and wait for an updated version.
