Helicopter effects script

Hi, I have got a question here. I'm currently setting up a mod version of GTA on my laptop and wanted to use @LeeC2202 Helicopter effects mod.
Buuut I somehow can't get it to work. I have the latest Scripthook DOT net, ScripthookV and game version installed. It just doesn't do anything. The only other script I currently have installed is the universal afterburner script and that one works fine.
I'd appreciate if someone could help me out, as I love that script. I also set FX scale to 5, but nothing...
Oooor could someone upload the latest version for me? I only found 1.34 of the script online.

The script may be broken for the latest version of the game. Try the latest version from Lee's website: http://gtavmodding.digital-essence.co.uk/modpages/he.html

@specriot He's removed all of his mods. Sharing his mods here would be against his wishes.

@specriot i seen someone talking about his mods on 3rd party websites. obviously they were uploaded against his permission and all the websites are Russian i think. i don't know the name of the website but i'm sure if you dig around you might find it.
