[PLAYER/SCRIPT] MP Ped Customization in SP similar to GTA:O

I wanted to know if it was possible to create a MP character's whose face customization is like that of GTA:O's for use in single player. With all the sliders and fancy UI that you use to create a character in online.

I want this too. There is one for SP, but its for Rage Plugin Hook. So in other words, not very useful since RPH doesn't work very well. It is also made for designing a custom cop.
