rage plugin hook doesnt work

hi, i just installed the latest version of rage plugin hook version 60 and when i dubble click to launch it crashes at validating system oh and i cant get any mod to work im using the steam version

Did you install it manually or automatically? I never had luck with the auto install. And did it make a MiniCrashReports folder when it crashed?
