rage plugin hook has stopped working

hi, my game version is 1.0.1290.2 im trying to play lspdfr and i have tried all other ways and its still not working and i have even tried running as administer and still doesn't work. when i double click on ragehook.exe it says ragehook.exe has stopped working and will notify for a solution later. but it never does. can i please get some help?
