GTA V Desktop Infinite Loading Error!!

When ever I press play on steam It'll get past social club but it'll load forever on my desktop then it'll say that GTA V Exited Unexpectedly. If anyone could help at all with this issue it would be much appreciated.

Do you have mods installed? What mods? Do you happen to have Menyoo installed, which does not work on the latest version of GTA V?
