Help Gta 5 Mods Exe

Hello, I have a question. I once installed a folder for gta online and one for the mods. but how do I open the exe only for the mods?
I bought gta over steam.

@Phoenix_Manu I think you'll have to change the contents in your steam folder if you want it to work for either online or mods which means having copies of both to put in your steam folder. My best advice is to know ALL the mods you have installed and removing them for when you want to go online.
