spotlights from police foggy white-cannot see anything. Michael alien mission is all foggy white-cannot see

After installing: Naturalvision w/VisualV, LA roads & vegetation, the game looks amazing. But on the mission in the beginning where Michael gets high and the aliens come after him, the screen is all foggy white where I cannot see anything more than a foot away. Also, the police spotlights from helicopters make it so I cannot see. It's again a white dense foggy light that blocks sight. Anyway to fix this?
