First of all, your title isn't very helpful. Seriously. What the hell?
Also it's the leftmost button on the top right cluster if you are logged in. Hard to miss.

It sounds like you either can't find the button or something is wrong with your browser. If that button in the picture that @ikt posted isn't there, try a different browser.
