Does anyone have the same problem as me?

I have placed Scripthook.dll in my Gta 5 directory, whenever I launch the game, it keeps loading loading and yet nothing comes out. Please help me. Thank you.

@Biggdogg Without the Scripthook.dll , it's working fine. But with it, it doesn't work at all

@Pokeeeee I'm guessing you updated your mods folder in openiv also?
