No police officer on the Policebike

When I have the original policebike, there is no driver on the Policebike.
when I successfully install an Police bike mod, I keep the same problem.I replace the orgineel policebike uniform but i keep the same problem.
In the game comes the police motor drive and falls as soon as I see him well.Who can help me please?

I have replaced the files below for the original files but it has had no effect.
