After i chanced my popgroups.ymt file (traffic mode) my game wont start

Hey guys after i chanced my popgroips.ymt file my game dosent work and is gives me error Game has stopped working
can someone plz help?

This mod has a decrypted vanilla 'popgroups.ymt' in it.
Hint: in the 'vanilla game (no addon cars)' folder or in the 'vanilla + race cars' (if you want race cars spawning on the streets as well). Replace your broken one with either of them
