Redux Lightning Bug

Hey Guys,
I'm pretty new into the GTA V modding scene and I just got my first problems with a Redux GTA V bug. I've searched in the forumms, but I don't find an other post which adresses the same problem / bug. I only installed the mods / ad-ons that are neccessary for the Redux modification. The bug appears most of the time after I died the first time and dissapears when I restart the game. Some times it also disappers after a loading screen.
I run the lastest version of GTA V, ScriptHook and Redux.I uploaded a short clip, which shows the bug.
