Cannot launch GTA 5 with the mods folder

Hi, I cannot launch GTA 5 with the mods folder, If I uninstall OpenIV.Asi etc (launching it without using the mods folder) I can launch GTA 5 like normal, the error I get is:

[2018-01-07 17:14:15.622] [ ERROR ] Unable to clear in-file and out-file!Afaik my map structure in the mods folder is like it should be but I have no idea why it doesn't launch, it asks me to launch it in safemode or retry but launching it in safemode makes it crash unexpectedly, Am I missing something?

@GooD-NTS I fixed it, the culprit was Menyoo. It now works.
