I can't change radio station for some reason

Everytime I enter a car, radio seems to lockup on one station i.e. when you change from for ex. Radio Los Santos to WCTR it just shifts back to RLS. I can't even turn off the radio. I have installed this speedometer mod and Menyoo though just in case. I don't think the OpenIV and the ScriptHooks and the ones inside the script folder is causing it though. Need help. Thank you

@GlobalHawk_MSI Some trainers have an option to lock a specific radio station so only that station will play whatever the car you are using.

@FoxtrotDelta @Akila_Reigns Thanks. I have already reinstalled Menyoo. Some altered setting turns out to be the culprit. Thanks
