Is there a way to have modded singleplayer and stock online?
i got this friend thats not that good at understanding pc and stuff and she wants to be able to hack with a modmenu in singleplayer and then if she wants to play online she can just do that without worry about opening the menu by accident forgetting that she is online or something?

There are many ways to do this. You can either have two copies of the game, one with the singleplayer mods and one without, or you can just disable the mods whenever you want to go online.
Option #1: Either use a program like this to change the registry key which says where GTA V is located, or you'll have to rename the directories each time you want to start the game (rename the one you want to use to "Grand Theft Auto V"). This program could also be useful.
Option #2: You can either change the extension for the dinput8.dll file to something different (such as dinput8.dll.disabled) to disable mods, or you can use one of the many tools that does this automatically for you.

I don't like option #1 because it eats up 75+ GB on the drive. Just my 2ct.
