[REQUEST]Safe File Start - All Weapons Maxed & Owned

I have the latest version of game, it is legit (non-Steam), but I cannot get all weapons maxed (all mods).
Tried via trainer, not working, trainer even removed the mod options.

Is there a kind soul that can give me a safe file directly after the funeral, having all weapon -maxed out with all mods-, please?

I'd be very grateful.
