I cant download some of the mods. for example the real life and jobsv, everytime i download it the rar shows up instead of the zip file

Use a program like 7-zip to extract archives (like .zip, .7z, .rar).

@XaJean03 Rar has a much better compression ration than zip. That's why it is preferred by most people. https://rarlab.com/download.htm
