How do I disable online map?

I'm getting an error when I start up gta 5 with over 6 add-ons. I have a great config by F7YO and I heard the way to fix this error is by disabling online map. How do I do that?

Err_Fil_Pack_1.Don't do that. Instead, get a better gameconfig:
Also, try and consolidate all your addon cars into a single DLC (don't let it grow much beyond 3G, though).
