Help With replacing a Ped Model

Hi, I want to replace any ped model with an ingame model of Trevor for a project I'm working on.
So, how should I go about doing this? Should I still rip the model even if it's ingame? Or is there a mod to duplicate the player model? Or is there even a way to spawn it through the rockstar editor?
