[SCRIPT] Reverse engaging mod (Like brake/reverse fix for GTA SA)

A mod that doesn't allow your car to reverse when you hold the brake button, you must press the brake button a second time after completely stopped to engage reverse gear. So I ended up really getting into this. Idk why I never thought about making this considering it's quite annoying if your playing LSPDFR or something like that.
