Infinite loading screen and another ?

I had a problem with the game freezing I erased my saves now I have infinite loading screen and please explain it very simple too if you dont mind I am not that computer smart
its disc version bought at retail on computer that has run it perfectly before
and why on this forum cant I go to the next page it just reloads the first page over again
but great forum btw
