Whats wrong with these .meta entries?

so i'm trying to add a replacement car as an addon, but i don't think i'm using the right meta lines. can someone tell me what's wrong with them?

Is that your whole vehicles.meta and vehiclelayouts.meta?
If it is, you are missing some lines.
Also add a vehicle sound to vehicles.meta to add engine sounds for your add-on.
