[VEHICLE] Sultan vanilla with SultanRS mods

So the title basically says it. It would be cool to apply SultanRS' mods to the standard Sultan.

@Zio-Ark Well you can just spawn the Sultan RS via a trainer,
If you are playing online, just take a Sultan to Benny's and convert it to a RS.

@Akila_Reigns No, I meant if you can apply SultanRS mods to the standard Sultan, without converting it. I.e. Standard sultan with livery, custom steering whell et cetera.

@Akila_Reigns I think I actually found a way but it's kinda hard. Basically, I wanna create an add-on just like the one made by rockstar for the RS and the 900R, and change the model
