Afghanistan/Iraq/middle eastern map [Help needed]

So, i have been quite quiet over the last weeks, mainly because I have real life stuff to attend.
Anyway, when I come back I want to have something bigger. Even back in GTA San Andreas I always wanted a middle Eastern inspired map.
Something like you would See in CoD Modern Warfare, Black Hawk Down, American Sniper and... well, Everyday News (Yes, a fair Share pf what I mentioned is in Africa, but it still looks more or less the same).
I don't want a Menyoo/map editor map. Meaning I want to include new landscape and buildings.
Basic layout would be some Air base like Bagram, a village/City with a Mosque in the center, some bigger buildings around it and smaller buildings on the outskirts. Perhaps a market/bazar as well.
One part of the city perhaps destroyed with bombed out buildings.So, with that being out of the way:
What I can provide:
Taking care of buildings, generic structures, layout, material adaptions, etcWhat or who I need:
- Someone familiar with properly bringing custom Maps into the game
- Someone capable of making REALISTIC Landscapes (map should be relatively flat anyway with a few slight hills and a river or so)
- perhaps someone familiar with scenarios and bringing the City to life. Although that's not Really important until the map is actually ingame
Since I actually started a map back for GTA San Andreas I still have some generic small houses and a mosque, which are still good to use for this.
This is only a plan for now and earliest I would even start working on it properly is end of February.

@SkylineGTRFreak count me in . however i can help. my skill set it similar to you though. may be i can speed up things for you. or help located 3d models. i have the middle eastern background as well. so may be i can be of some help. i have been looking into these map things. i think @Yoha can guide us in that department he made a map recently. or is working on it . its in beta stages.

@SkylineGTRFreak I know that this mod be an awesome mod as always but as for me I won't be able to download it when its done the reason being I have severe PTSD from my times in Iraq and Afghanistan I did 6 tours 3 on each country and the fact I have 14 yrs in the U.S. Army I know that this mod will do awesome just wanted to let you know whats up bro

@TR71777 Thanks for still being open-minded about this and not wanting to have this shut down. A person who is very close to me is currently serving their second time in Afghanistan.
Also yea, I just read them. But I won't have any time until some time in February to do anything in regards to modding.@Richie01 I really hope so, too. I wanted a proper map like this for what feels like ages... So, taking matters into my own hands

@TR71777 yes, but like I said, I have 0 time for this at the moment. But there are some tutorials out there which help you turn a replace mod into an add-on
