Textures disapear when i replace some vanilla cars! WHY???

The Textures from the road, sidewalk and buildings just disapear when i have some replacement cars in the game. I have this problem since i got a new graficcard with my old one there was no problem at all just fps drop. Can someone help me plz? My new graciccard is a GTX 1070ti so should be way better than my other 8 year old nvidia graficcard.
