Icons Disappear

Wonder why but after a mission all my mission icons disappear. Its like I've no idea where the mission starts. I've to tweak something in my save using GTA Save Game Editor and then I get back the icons and again after a mission they disappear. When I removed my scripts folder it works fine and then I tried independent scripts it was working fine but I have no idea which mod is causing this issue.

@mzaliac14 Almost every mod which add custom icons to the map make default icons disappear.
I think:
Smart Fuel mod, Benny's Garage and Car dealer mod are causing this.

@Akila_Reigns But when I use those mods independently I don't have this issue. Anyway to fix it

I had this issue, eariler, and fixed it. Do you by any chance have open all interior mod installed? If yes, I would suggest you to disable it, since, for me it was causing problems, if there are too many icons at ones, specifically the modded icons, GTA sacrifices the default icons. Dont know why, but it fixed for me.

@ashishcw sorry but i don't have open interiors mod. All the mods which I've are listed above.

@mzaliac14 Well, you can remove these mods and install them back after finishing the storyline.

@Akila_Reigns where is the fun in that. Have finished the storyline many times..want to use these mods along to play the storyline.

@mzaliac14 Try removing Fuel mod you have, since, I think, this is one of the mods, which consist many blips at the same time. Else, the only workaround I found is to switch your charector as soon as you are done with your current mission, since, this trick used to refresh blips for me with new missions for the selected character and then switch back to the old one or the one you like.
P.S. This works on randomized basis, I mean sometimes it will work and other times it won't.

I have just installed the Native Trainer Mod and nothing else. Whenever I try to do a side mission (For e.g Taxi Mission or Any other side mission) the icons in my map suddenly disappears and its just a blank map. Is there any fix for this?
