Cops Not Coming For Me No More

Hey guys, I am running the latest version of GTA V, I have the latest Scripthook V, Scripthook V DotNet, literally the latest everything because I just started modding. so I'm pretty new to modding, but after my first mod I realize the cops weren't coming for me no more. I thought it was a bug and that it would fix itself after a simple restart but nope. I searched around Google for help but it seems like nobody has the same problem as me. If you can help I would be really thankful. Thxx
