[REQUEST INFO]New sound for Dodge Charger SRT Demon

I would like to install a new sound for Dodge Charger SRT Demon, namely this one: https://we.tl/mGXtUocLlP
It's an UNMODIFIED sound of a V8 from a Bentley, which has a nice, bassy deep sound.
But how on Earth do I begin with it, more even, is the given file even usable for doing so?

The question was, how to make a sound mod from the above sound file.
Or, if anyone was up to it...

@Sammy1970 To be fair it's not easy creating vehicle engine sounds from scratch. I tried using FMOD to make engine sounds in Assetto Corsa but gave up cause it's not easy. You have to make sure your sound matches the revs of the engine, and also the loops are in the right place otherwise it just sounds absolute rubbish
