Help with Tsunami/No Water Mod

So i followed every instruction, it doesn't seem to work, it seems that the mod is still working because of the comments i've read, i replaced the water.xml and everything but when i launch my game the mod doesn't work, any help? could the Natural Vision graphic mod be causing troubles? it's the only installed mod i have, besides that, only the Enhanced Native Trainer and the basics like Scripthook and Scripthook .NET
