IVPACK question - Tuning?

I wanted to know how deep and extensive the tuning is for the cars in IVPack. I've seen some of the more standard sedans just come with the little bits they had on them from GTA 4, but I'm not sure if it's the same for every one. I'm especially curious if any of the muscle cars, like, the Buccaneer have super chargers and other hot-rod type customizations.
