simple zombie mod not working at all for me

i have no problem with any other mod but this one... I know I have done everything over and over correctly... yet still it does not work for me at all... not like this is gonna get answered anyways

Your gonna need to provide more detail. Seems like mods are conflicting or the mods is out of date
