I would have to open blender and sculpt them by hand or I can pull model files from WWE 2k18 and convert them into a format RAGE engine can read using blender but I have my hands tied at the moment. I would suggest you google on how to do modeling mods for gta 5. Wouldn't hurt to learn something new
