Ped Loading Issue in Some Cars?

Hey everyone!
I just started noticing this wierd bug or glitch and I am not sure how long this has been happening. Most cars and peds work and load up fine, but sometimes when I am driving or on foot I see a car driving with no one inside, but after a couple seconds the ped/driver and passengers load. I guess I would call this "load lag?" The cars are fine, its just the people driving them. Also its not every car all the time either. Here are a couple pics..

Anyone else having this issue??

6 addon carsCan anyone else check their game to see if they have this issue as well? I am going to keep trying to narrow it down and see if there is a fix or if its a mod issue. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

No one else has this issue? I think I figured it out, its possibly too many cars in an edited popgroups.ymt. I just want to know if anyone else has this problem but I guess its just me?

Problem is fixed! It was a memory issue from OnlineEventsRedux.asi mod. Can a moderator close this?
