How do you exectute the mods? Is there an executer or folder you have to put them in, if there is, can someone please give me a step by step guide on how to do it?

your going to need some computer savy knowledge to mod gta5. One error and your gonna have a hard time resolving it

First off I think we need to clarify what you mean with "execute". Are you having troubles to get a certain mod running? Read the sticky threads in the trouble shooting section and provide the logs of scripthookv (in case of an asi mod) and scripthookvdotnet (in case of a .net mod) (depending on whether you are even talking about script mods).
Or are you planning to create your own mods? In this case you need to read the sticky threads in the general modding section and appropriate threads in the tutorial section.
You see, everything is already here. You just need to look around a bit.
